We offer sustainable activities in the nature. We strive to reduce the consumption of the resources and to reduce the carbon footprint our operations produce. We offer to our customers information on the impact of their choices to the nature.

We raise our customers and employees high above the ground, which creates risks. We have a risk management process, which is audited yearly by the Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency (Tukes). We train our employees and customers to operate safely high above the ground.

We are an inclusive company. We do not discriminate our employees nor customers, because of age, ethnic background, language, sexual orientation nor because of any other reason.

Our environmental goals 2023:

• To inform our customers on the impact of their transportation choices on the environment. We encourage our customers to arrive with a bicycle or public transport.
• We will use environmental criteria in our acquisitions of cleaning supplies.
• We will not use fossile fuel for heating nor cooling.

Our environmental goals 2024:

• Generating electricity for escape games with solar panels
• We are increasing the selection of local and organic products
• We only use LED lamps to light the premises

Sustainable Travel Finland

Treetop Adventure Huippu has been granted Sustainable Travel Finland label as recognition of valuable and long-term work for sustainable tourism.

Sustainable Travel Finland is a national sustainable travel programme managed by Visit Finland. It takes into account environmental, socio-cultural, and economic sustainability.

Green Key

Treetop Adventure Huippu received a Green Key certificate in 2021.

Green Key is a voluntary eco-label awarded to more than 3,700 hotels and other establishments in 60 countries

The Green Key award is the leading standard for excellence in the field of environmental responsibility and sustainable operation within the tourism industry. This prestigious eco-label represents a commitment by businesses that their premises adhere to the strict criteria set by the Foundation for Environmental Education. A Green Key stands for the promise to its guests that by opting to stay with the Green Key establishment, they are helping to make a difference on an environmental level. The high environmental standards expected of these establishments are maintained through rigorous documentation and frequent audits. Green Key is eligible for hotels, hostels, small accommodations, campsites, holiday parks, conference centres, restaurants and attractions.
